Italinos (hereinafter: “the Company”) respects the privacy of the users of the websites it manages and operates (hereinafter: “the Sites”).

This document details Italinos’ policy regarding the protection of privacy for surfers and users of its systems, and its use of information gathered while using the Sites.

### **General**
When using Italinos’ online ordering services, as with many online services, information provided by you knowingly is saved (such as name, address, phone number, and other details), and some of it is collected while using the systems (such as areas you visited on the site, products you viewed, orders you placed, usage habits, information that does not personally identify you and is not stored together with your details, etc.).

### **Registration for Services**
To perform operations on the site and within the system, you are required to register for its services and enter personal details necessary for carrying out actions such as ordering food deliveries, booking a table at the restaurant, etc.

The site will request only the details necessary for performing actions within it and will not request information that is not required for its operation.

### **Database**
All data that has been collected and will be collected will be stored in the Company’s databases and under its responsibility.

### **Use of Information**
The use of the collected information will be made only in accordance with this privacy policy or as required by law, in order to:
* Enable the use of various services on the Sites.

* Modify or cancel existing services and content.
* Purchase products and services on the Sites – including advertising information, promotions, and content.
* Customize the advertisements and offers displayed during your visit to the Sites to match your interests.

The information used by the Company will primarily be statistical information, which does not personally identify you.

### **Direct Electronic Mailing**
The Company wishes to send you, from time to time, information regarding its services as well as marketing and promotional information via email and/or SMS messages.

Such information will be sent to you only if you have given explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent and cease receiving it at any time.

The Company will not provide your personal details to advertisers. However, it may transfer statistical information regarding user activity on the Sites.

Statistical information that is transferred will not personally identify you.

### **Transfer of Information to a Third Party**
The Company will not transfer your personal details and the information collected about your activity on the Sites to third parties, except in the cases listed below:
* If you purchase products and services from third parties offering them for sale through the Sites, the information they need to complete the purchase process will be transferred to those third parties.

* If the Company sells or transfers the operation of the Sites to any corporation in any form – as well as in the event that it merges with another entity or merges the activity of the Sites with that of a third party, provided that said corporation assumes the provisions of this privacy policy toward you.

### **Cookies**
The Company’s sites use “Cookies” for their ongoing and proper operation, including collecting statistical data about site usage, verifying details, adapting the site to your personal preferences, and for information security purposes.

Modern browsers include an option to refuse Cookies. If you do not know how to do this, check the help file of the browser you are using.

### **Third-Party Advertisements**
The Company allows other companies to manage the ad system on the Sites. The ads you see when visiting the Sites come from the computers of those companies. To manage their ads, these companies place Cookies on your computer. The Cookies allow them to collect information about the sites where you viewed the ads they placed and which ads you clicked on. The use these companies make of Cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not the Company’s privacy policy.

### **Information Security**
The Company implements current systems and procedures for information security on its sites. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized access, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee that its services will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them.
